Michelle Kane, Restaurant Manager
"As the Restaurant Manager, part of my job involves making sure everyone has an excellent dining experience. But the most gratifying part of my day is the opportunity to build relationships with the residents and to get to know their families."

 Michelle Kane was born in Scotland and moved to Toronto as a small child. Michelle always knew she wanted to work in the Hospitality Industry; that's probably why she's been in the industry for over 19 years.

Michelle worked with the Royal Canadian Airforce, planning and coordinating events in the Officers Mess while going to school. After receiving her degree in Psychology, Michelle spent 12 years as a Guest Service Manager with Swiss Chalet and eventually moved her way up to the Corporate Training Department where she trained new employees and opened new restaurants.
