Joseph Thomas, Chef
Joseph was born in Hamilton, ON where he started his culinary career as a dishwasher at age 14. Joseph had a passion for food at a young age and knew what his future profession would be.

After obtaining his Associate Bachelor degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration at Niagara College, Joseph worked in various restaurants and hotels in the Golden Horseshoe area where he did his apprenticeship under some of Ontarios's finest chefs. Joseph then obtained his Red Seal Certification as both cook and baker and spent the next five years working at McMaster University, raising the bar for the student dining experience.

In 2003, he moved to BC to further his culinary passion cooking at the Diamond Centre @ SFU, Adesso Bistro and in the world of film catering.
