Tapestry at The O’Keefe – Arbutus Walk, in Vancouver, was Concert’s first retirement community. It earned the 2003 Grand SAM Award from the Canadian Home Builders’ Association, recognizing outstanding performance in both the building and marketing of a single project. And in June 2005 the Urban Development Institute (UDI) bestowed Concert with an Award for Excellence for Seniors Housing.

Since our inception in 1989, Concert has created more than 7,300 rental and condominium homes, always upholding our commitment to building quality homes suited to the needs of our customers and the community.
